Our open reformer classes focus on all over toning but also incorporate a stretching element that will increase your range of motion, relieve muscle tension and make you feel so good. This class will build a strong pilates foundation that will increase core strength and muscular definition plus functional mobility, flexibility and overall movement.
Pregnancy friendly and open to all levels. Progressions and regressions are given in each class.
This dynamic class is designed to flow quicker than a traditional reformer class, while maintaining the quality of the movement. The class incorporates a number of props while making full use of the reformer.
Our intermediate classes offer a full body workout with a number of different postures and positions, keeping the heart rate high. Each class will build a strong pilates foundation that will increase core strength, muscular definition, functional mobility and flexibility.
