Terms and Conditions

 

1. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

2. A minimum of two people are required for a class to go ahead. If you have not booked into a class, in order to avoid disappointment, please call to check that the classes are taking place, particularly in the early morning and late evening.

3.  Cancellations/rescheduling classes will need to be made more than 12 hours prior to your class beginning (morning or evenings). Here at BODYROK we understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studios therefore NO exceptions will be made.

4. Bookings are made online or through reception:

– Call your studio (if it is out of reception hours please leave a message and we will get back to you within 24hrs)

5. Out of consideration for the trainer and other customers, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.

6. If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. We would also suggest you book into another class just in case.

7. Classes and Personal training sessions do expire. Please ensure you are aware of your expiration date for each pass or package you purchase.
Classes are non-refundable but are transferable

8. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. BODYROK reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

9. SUPER SAVER ROK-IT (3, 6 or 12 Month Prepaid memberships) clients can attend 1 class per day. You are more than welcome to attend more than 1 class but additional classes will need to be paid for separately.

10. If you do not cancel your class outside of the 12 hour time frame or are a no show/absent for your class you will lose your session.

11. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Here at BODYROK because our class sizes are small and fill quickly, clients must adhere to the cancellation policy.

*For BODYROK Group Classes: Cancellations will need to be made more than 12 hours prior to your class beginning (morning or evenings). Here at BODYROK we understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studios therefore NO exceptions will be made.
*For BODYROK one-on-one Training: A 24hr cancellation policy applies. NO exceptions.

SUPER SAVER (3, 6 or 12 MONTH) ROK-IT Conditions (applies to all passes purchased before 13/02/2016)

For clients who are on a BODYROK SUPER SAVER ROK-IT(3, 6 OR 12 MONTH prepaid Packages or the Direct Debit ROKSTAR Packages: The above cancellation policy still applies so we ask that you respect this. But if you cancel outside of the cancellation window your credit card will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. No Exceptions.

For passes purchased on or after 13/02/2016:

For clients who are on a BODYROK SUPER SAVER ROK-IT(3, 6 OR 12 MONTH prepaid Packages or the Direct Debit ROKSTAR Packages: The above cancellation policy still applies so we ask that you respect this. But if you cancel outside of the cancellation window your credit card will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. No Exceptions.

ALL ACCESS 6 MONTH DIRECT DEBIT PASS:

For clients who are on a BODYROK ALL ACCESS 6 MONTH DIRECT DEBIT Contract: The above cancellation policy applies so we ask that you respect this. But if you cancel outside of the cancellation window your credit card will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. No Exceptions. If early Termination is requested, a $200 fee will be charged in order to early cancel your Contract. If 2 week Direct Debit Payments fail or decline, all scheduled classes will be cancelled until payment has been made for that fortnight. Strictly No Extensions/Suspensions available for this contract. Maximum 1 class per day and activated as of sale date.

OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT BALANCES

To all clients who are on a BODYROK SUPER SAVER ROK-IT repaid Package, a Direct Debit ROKSTAR Package or UNLIMITED Mat Pass – Please be aware that temporary suspension will be enforced for those accounts that have reoccurring outstanding balances, which are either due to late cancellations and non-attendance fees.

Failure to make payments due to expired credit card details or insufficient funds, will be suspended from booking classes for the period owing.

Payment Policy
Payment needs to be made upon booking, NO exceptions.  The policy has always been there but it is now being enforced.  To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

Personal agreement

I agree that BODYROK is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes at may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against BODYROK or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

BODYROK Australia does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a BODYROK staff member.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms-conditions.
