Our SPRING BOOTCAMP involves 18 intense, fat burning & body changing sessions!

The BODYROK Team are here to guide you through all sessions, keep you on track and push you to your limits. Motivating you to not only set and reach achievable goals, but ones that you can maintain too!

Our Team has specifically designed full body workouts to strengthen, tone and get that pre-baby body back…if not even better than before! We know how hard it can be to make time to exercise, thats why we are here to help you get the most out of your 45 minute sessions! Our trainer Laura will guide you through 2 sessions per week to sweat it out whilst bub is right next to you!

 REQUIREMENTS? 
– Child must be early age – From birth to crawler/early walkers
– Pram (Room to place right next to your Reformer as you workout)
